The Liverpool Contact Centre is a vibrant and dynamic place to work, ideally located within a short distance of Liverpool City Centre. We are easily accessible by public transport with several bus links and Wavertree train station within walking distance. If you want to use your car, there's free 24 hour secure parking available which is located nearby.Currently the centre is home to Retail Telephony (inbound and outbound), Lending Specialist, Customer Relations and Barclays Direct Investment & Protection teams. Liverpool Contact Centre has a strong emphasis on giving back to our local community with regular charity and social events organised in support of numerous good causes. A personal banker is onsite once a week to serve Barclays employees exclusively, to ensure their own financial well being. In addition to this, various retailers come on site every week, to offer a host of products and services.
You can enjoy our excellent onsite facilities and meet up with your colleagues in our staff restaurant or latte lounge serving Starbucks coffee and drinks. In the summer months we have decked garden areas available for all.

Our Flagship site, Doxford Park, has two modern well-equipped buildings - 'Tyne' and 'Wear' house. Doxford Park is easily accessible – situated at the A19 / A690 interchange with buses reaching the heart of the business park. We are home to many different departments: Outbound, Premier Banking, Central Telephony, Lending Specialist and Barclays Business Telephony. With over 1700 employees in this site alone, it offers many facilities including a discounted gym on site, the convenience of an ATM and even a Personal Banker that visits the site regularly to assist all employees with their banking. You can meet up with colleagues at the onsite restaurant and coffee bar with other food outlets also on the Park just a couple of minutes walk away.
The Cardiff Contact Centre is made up of three areas within Barclays Direct Mortgages - Customer Retentions, Intermediary Business Centre and New Lending. Within our departments we have customer experts, who are passionate about delivering a fantastic customer experience and continue to find ways to streamline it. They focus on working together within our department, with other parts of Barclays and also the local, national and international community.
Within the site, there are three telephony communities alongside break out areas, a buzz zone, meeting rooms, a staff kitchen and break area and dedicated training facilities.
Cardiff Contact Centre is situated three miles from the centre of Cardiff within walking distance from Llanishen Village. Also within walking distance is a retail park with a supermarket, pharmacy and coffee shop.
There are easy links from the M4 and major train and bus routes from the centre of Cardiff and South Wales valleys.
Leeds Contact Centre is home to the community of Barclays Direct Mortgages comprising of New Lending Teams and Mortgage Specialists who provide an alternative for customers to apply for their mortgage by telephone rather than face to face in a Barclays Branch. Customer Support Teams also provide administrative support to the Barclays Direct Mortgage Teams in both Leeds and Cardiff Contact Centres. Their input greatly improves the customer experience by allowing the Mortgage Specialists to focus on their conversations with customers while reducing the time the mortgage application takes to be approved by the underwriters at Mortgage Servicing.To maximise the effects of our citizenship projects we work with the other Barclays departments who share our building in both fundraising and community work. These range from Money Skills, providing volunteers to man the phones taking donations for Sport Relief to sponsored events and coffee mornings for our chosen charity Martin House Childrens Hospice. It's conveniently based in the heart of the city. Some staff live within walking distance and others take advantage of the excellent transport links to commute from a wide area. We have a very diverse workforce representing all areas of the community.
Leeds Contact Centre is 4 miles from the Mortgage Servicing Centre at Millshaw Cour, and here our people work together on various projects to improve the entire mortgage experience. Our teams also work closely with the customer network providing an alternative for customers who don't have Mortgage Advisers available in their local Barclays Bank.
Set in the heart of leafy Cheshire the Gadbrook Park site is a centre of excellence for a variety of Barclays business activities, covering both retail and corporate banking entities.In what's predominantly a telephony based contact centre, our teams provide exceptional service to our business customers nationwide and also generate revenue opportunities and advice based solutions to help businesses thrive and move forward.
The centre prides itself on its commitment to engagement and offers a fantastic onsite cafeteria, twice -weekly provision of free fresh fruit, a concierge service and a fully equipped onsite gym.
Our people here have forged strong bonds with local community organisations and get involved in many, varied types of community support projects as well as a wide range of charitable activities.
Onsite parking is available and there are nearby rail links for commuters. The site is set in pleasant landscaped grounds with plenty of outside seating to use in the fine weather.
