The vacancies on our site are all live and updated on a daily basis and remain there until a candidate has been successful at interview. We update them as quickly as we can but because we’re regularly interviewing people, some vacancies may have already been filled when you see them on the site.

If the branch of your choice has no suitable vacancies you can change your application to another branch.
You can, but to maximise your chance of success we recommend that you spend some time working on the feedback you received before reapplying. This should be at least six months after your initial application.

Yes, when applying for most our roles you will be required to complete the Online Assessment. Please note that your score will be valid for six months from the day of completion.
Depending on a role you applied for, you may be required to fill-in different versions of the Online Assessment. When you access the Assessment and can see tasks which have not been completed, please finish any outstanding parts. Please contact Helpdesk number on 0845 3000 689 if you have any questions.
You will receive an email with a link to your Online Assessment. You will need to log in with the username and password you chose when applying.
You will need to complete the Online Assessment in seven days from applying for a role or before the role closing date if this is sooner. It is recommended that you complete the assessment as soon as you receive the link.
