Our three month programme, located in our Canary Wharf head office, starts in October (with five days holiday available to take at any point). We’re keen to meet people who would consider a career with Barclays at the end of the programme so it’s important that we create real opportunities to connect and get to know one another during the application period. To support this we’re hosting a networking day on Monday 11th September in London where you can meet business leaders and colleagues, ask questions and learn more about our business, our goals and our culture.
We’re ready to help you choose from a wide range of business areas – from Digital to Wealth to Mortgages and to give you coaching and a dedicated sponsor who’ll open doors, open networks and support you every step of the way.

When you join us as a Product Manager, you will get the chance to join an innovative and change-driven team. With your experience presenting to and working with clients at all levels, you will be able to articulate strategically and ensure a flawless, high quality delivery of products and services to your customers. As a Programme Manager within the Bank, we will look to you to successfully deliver programmes and projects across multiple workstreams. You will have the opportunity to work with different colleagues across all levels of the business, and negotiate and influence at a senior level. Working with management within your team and the wider business, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of various projects, with the ability to understand the strategic and commercial outcomes. Joining an innovative and forward-thinking team, you will be able to really drive beneficial change.
Joining the Bank as a Relationship Manager, you will have the chance to demonstrate your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage across a network of diverse individuals, up to senior management. We will offer you the chance to become your customer’s trusted partner, with the opportunity to develop and implement expansion strategies and increase revenue. You will show real integrity and the ability to evoke a sense of trust and openness, with a deep belief in team success and collaboration. With the opportunity to learn about new technologies, you can help your customers to move forward within an evolving and changing environment.
