Help us build the bank of tomorrow
The sky’s the limit at Barclays. If you’ve got what it takes to succeed, we’ll support you every step of the way. But you’ll be responsible for your own progress. We take pride in an open, collaborative culture that brings out the best in all of us. So if you’re proactive, resourceful and passionate about learning, you’ll discover all the tools you need to grow and reach your potential. But it’s not all about the work – at Barclays we encourage our people to keep a healthy life balance too. Impress us with your skills and who knows where the role could take you.
Good to know
All temporary workers are entitled to 33 days’ holiday per year inclusive of bank holidays. Please let us know during the application process if you have any holidays pre-booked. Any holiday requests after that must be approved by your team leader. Please note for our customer service roles, you’ll undergo an intense 6-week training programme during which you won’t be able to take any time off. All temporary workers are paid on a weekly basis by an agency with a dedicated support team to help with all your queries. We have different roles available all over the U.K and with various working hours. So there’s real flexibility here for you to find something that suits.
Ready to apply?
Apply online, and a member of our team will be in touch to go through the role with you. They’ll then book you in for a values or competency-based interview (depending on the role).
