Personal Banking

To achieve this our colleagues, whether they are in our Community, Offshore and Premier Banking teams or contact centres, are now there for our customers via video, mobile, telephone, social media and face-to-face in our branches.

This makes for some exciting career opportunities. As part of the evolving banking landscape, you will be encouraged to work in new and innovative ways. With the customer at the heart of every decision, you’ll collaborate with your colleagues to completely understand customer needs before identifying products and services that fit them perfectly.

We will provide you with excellent training and development, including regular conversations and coaching with your line manager, to ensure you can continue delivering the extraordinary experience our customers expect. Available for shift patterns ranging from 7am to 11pm, there will be lots of possibilities for you to develop your career, not just within this area but across the wider Barclays UK world too.
